BOUTIQUE ELLI'ETTE IS A MADE-TO-ORDER SHOP  Items are handmade to order within a Production Time period (see below for current Production Time). Shipping time is extra. We try to keep product listings current compared to fabric stock; however, there is a possibility of materials becoming out-of-stock. In that case, we will e-mail you and inquire whether you would like to leave the item on backorder, or receive a refund for the value of the item.

PRODUCTION TIME  -  Production Time is TWO (2) TO THREE (3) weeks.

SHIPPING  

Have you placed multiple orders in a relatively short period of time?  Contact me so I can ship them together and refund shipping fees.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING {USA and Military} All US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, either Flat Rate Envelope or Flat Rate Box which have an estimated shipping time of 2-3 days. Boutique Elli'Ette is not responsible for lost or missing packages - all orders are shipped with a Tracking Number so you can track your package on USPS.com. You will receive an email from Paypal.com when your package ships which will contain the tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We are happy to ship internationally - however, we cannot be responsible for your package after it is under control of the Post Office. Please e-mail before ordering so we can give you a shipping quote. We will then Invoice you through Paypal for the shipping costs. All shipping fees must be paid before Production Time of your items begins. International orders can be shipped First Class or Priority Mail - we will let you know the cost for each and you can decide which service you'd like to purchase. There is NO TRACKING on International First Class and Priority Mail once it has cleared sorting in the US. Please understand, Boutique Elli'Ette cannot be held liable for undelivered, lost or damaged packages. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS  Like many smaller, handmade boutiques, our items are custom cut and made-to-order and are not returnable for either refund or exchange. Please be sure to read our Sizing page if item-specific sizing is not included in the listing information *before ordering* as the stated sizes do not necessarily reflect standard store sizing that you may be familiar with.  Do not hesitate to e-mail after receiving your order if there is an error on our part - we will make it right at our expense.

PRIVACY POLICY   Boutique Elli'Ette is a family-owned business, and we will never share, sell, or lease any of our Customers' personal information.

SALES TAX  Boutique Elli'Ette operates in the State of Maryland, and so we are obligated to charge 6% sales tax on all orders shipping to a Maryland address.

SPECIALS, CONTESTS, PROMOTIONS, ETC...   Boutique Elli'Ette, from time to time, offers specials, discounts, and sales, and hosts give-aways and contests, on our Facebook Fan Page as well as other industry-related websites and blogs. Please understand that promotions CANNOT BE COMBINED ~ only one current and valid sale, discount, coupon, promotion code or special can be used at a time.

CHANGING PRINTS   Our Collections are like "colors" -  if you'd like an item made with different prints than what it is shown in, we can mostly like accommodate you. Please e-mail us about it.
